This wiki is a final project for Rutgers University SCILS Special Topics course 17:610:598, Social Software. It was produced in the Fall semester 2008, and is NOT an official product or site of Rutgers University, the School of Communication, Information and Library Studies, or the Professional Development Studies program.
Overview
This project suggests enhancement and promotion of the Rutgers Online Advising Wiki at rutgersonline.pbwiki.com. The project consists of a Needs Assessment, Recommendations, Goals/Indicators of Success, and mock-ups of suggested enhancements and modifications to the existing Registration and Graduation pages of the advising wiki, and a mock-up of a new Exit Interview page to be added to the wiki. In addition, recommendations are made to promote the site and encourage its use by online students.
